Once reported, the platform activates stolen vehicle mode, enabling real-time tracking to pinpoint your vehicle’s current location. From there, Fidelity Services Group deploys dedicated recovery teams from the nearest of its 160+ operational depots to assist in rapid recovery.

In addition, it is important to report the theft to SAPS within 24 hours to obtain a case number, which is required for insurance purposes.
